Established in 2012, Salt Meats Cheese is a family-owned Italian restaurant group and purveyor of gourmet Italian produce. Salt Meats Cheese delivers passion for food and shared experiences in a relaxed and fun atmosphere to enjoy simple, delicious and quality dishes over a cocktail or two with co-workers, family or friends.
Originally based at Bourke Road in Alexandria, we have since re-located our cooking school and event space, ‘Salt Meats Cheese Kitchen’, to Fountain Street, Alexandria. Since our inception in 2012, we have now expanded our locations to Broadway, Bondi Junction, Circular Quay, Drummoyne, Mosman, Surfers Paradise and our first food truck, @Fuel.SMC, in Brisbane. Launching in Spring 2017: Newtown, Kensington and Gasworks locations!
