7% I created the page so I didn't have a profile that described me as "a writer at self-employed". Anybody can join and choose a position. The post of Pro-Vice-Chancellor is free, though there is a gargantuan struggle going on for the post of Anti-Vice-Chancellor.
It's to do with the image problems that come with being a Vice-Chancellor, apparently.
