UNSW Engineering - 3MT Faculty Heat 2024

We are inviting everyone who is interested in the exciting realm of postgraduate research to attend this year's UNSW Engineering 3 Minute Thesis Faculty Heat.

The competition promotes student researcher's academic skills, presentation skills and research communication skills; the research ideas and discoveries presented on the day could encourage new collaborations across the faculty and open doors for future career opportunities.

On the day of the Faculty Heat, the adjudicating panel will select the top 3 competitors to represent Faculty of Engineering at the unsw-3-minute-thesison">span>on 27 August. In addition, audience on the day will have an important task to cast their votes and determine the winner of People's Choice Award:

• 1st prize: $1500
• 2nd prize: $750
• 3rd prize: $500
• People's Choice award: $500
