The Makers Mark & Beechworth Honey Experience

Join us at Now & Then for an exclusive evening filled with the rich flavours of Maker's Mark bourbon, artisanal cheeses, and locally sourced Beechworth Honey.

Upon arrival, you'll be treated to a Maker's Mark Gold Rush cocktail, featuring the handcrafted bourbon, Beechworth honey and fresh lemon. Enjoy the live band and ambiance of the bar, and await your invite to the intimate tasting room. As you enter the candle lit Red Room, you'll meet National Maker's Mark Diplomat Rhianna Lucas, where she'll take you on a guided sensory journey through smooth bourbon, delicious cheeses, the uniqueness of single varietal honeys.

In celebration and support of World Bee Day 2024, every ticket sold will contribute $5 to the Wheen Bee Foundation, an Australian not-for-profit charity that promotes awareness of the importance of bees for food security and raises funds for research that addresses the national and global threats to bees.

This event will run from 6pm-8pm. You are welcome to arrive at any time to enjoy your welcome cocktail and ambience of the bar. You will be called to the Red Room for the tasting experience at the time chosen on your ticket.
