The Restore, Refocus, Replenish YOU workshop has been designed to assist you in recognising the signs of stress and vicarious trauma. Developing a deeper understanding of what may lead to burnout, depression or anxiety. We want to inform, empower, hold space for and give you the tool kit to work and live from a place of regulation and sustainability.
The FREE workshop is broken into 4 parts with activities to assist each individual in piecing together their own tailored self-care plan which can be implemented into your professional and personal life.
All participants will finish the day with a beautiful self-care workshop where you will use creativity and mindfulness, creating a space where each person will feel restored and balanced ready to thrive not just survive.
The day is catered, the content is nourishing, and the cherry on top of this well-being cake is a goodie bag of self-care-inspired goodness to take home and continue filling your cup as needed.
