BEFORE THE TRAINING

Online Learning Prerequisite

The training includes online learning which must be completed before the classroom session. (Allow 2- 4 hours to complete). This is an estimation only and may take longer in some cases. If students are unable to complete before the session, please contact us for advice.

The online learning uses theyour internet browser.. For the best experience, we recommend a stable internet connection, using a supported browser which has been updated, and performing any software updates on your device or computer before you begin.

If you need access to a computer to complete this please come to Auburn Youth Centre mon-fri 11am -6pm and use the computer room.

AT THE TRAINING

What to wear

The training includes practical activities including performing CPR. It is an assessment requirement that CPR is demonstrated on manikins placed on the floor.

Students should wear suitable and comfortable clothing and may wish to bring a towel or similar to support the knees.

AFTER YOUR TRAINING

Obtaining certificates

We aim to issue certificates to students within 5 days of completing this course. Certificates are only issued when all course requirements are met. If you have not received your certificate 5 days after the course, please contact us.
