Welcome Yogis!
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or curious but haven't done it before, join me for a 45 minute **Vinyasa Flow** yoga session at the inconic Bondi Pavillion. This event is perfect for yogis of all levels. Start the weekend energised as we breath, flow and connect with ourselves and other like-minded individuals.
Please bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, towel and props (as needed). Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to class. Doors open from 8am.
I am excited to share this beautiful practice with you. All proceeds will be donated to @blackdoginst, a mental health research institute in Australia committed to investigating mental health across the lifespan - from childhood to adulthood.
