Pilates Instructor:Erin Whitbread - Founder of Tempo Reformer Pilates

Tempo Reformer Pilates, with studios in Freshwater and Seaforth, offers dynamic Reformer Pilates classes for small groups. The studio is inclusive, welcoming everyone from beginners to experienced practitioners, including pre- and post-natal mums, teens, and seniors. Erin and her team of 10 instructors focus on fostering community and frequently contribute to local fundraising efforts for schools, charities, and businesses. They’ve also hosted collaborative sessions with local business owners, social groups, sports teams, and mothers’ groups.

Breathwork Instructor:Lynsey Chen - Rhythm of Breath

Lynsey is the founder of Rhythm of Breath, a breathwork and wellness practice born in Manly and based in Sydney. Passionate about the healing power of breath, she loves bringing people together in community spaces to explore the wisdom of the body. Lynsey has worked with global organizations, sports professionals, and led groups of over 100, guiding thousands of individuals through transformative breakthrough sessions using a blend of Breathwork, somatic techniques, and psychology.

This 45-minute dynamic Breathwork session is open to everyone, with no prior experience needed. You’ll always be in control and encouraged to go at your own pace, with options provided as needed. The invitation is simply to let your body’s energy flow naturally, in a safe and supportive space. By the end of the session, you'll feel lighter, clearer, and more connected, with benefits ranging from reduced stress and increased focus to a deeper sense of calm and emotional release.


Menstrual Health Talk:Sophia Tremenheere, Period & Hormone Specialist, TEDx Speaker

Sophia helps women and menstruators experience happier, healthier periods and hormones. But what she is most passionate about is guiding women to unlock their fullest potential. She is not your usual Nutritionist. She blends science, spirituality and energy work to support clients globally on their healing journey. Through her three-step signature technique, Sophia helps women embrace their natural rhythm, rather than stay in constant burn out.

Sophia will share her top tips on how to align the different phases of your menstrual cycle to achieve a pain, PMS and fatigue free menstrual cycle month after month. Walk away confident to create your very own cycle care toolkit that will serve you for periods to come.

With a Bachelor’s in Sports and Exercise Science and a Doctorate in Physiotherapy, his career spans both hospital and private practice settings. Through his holistic approach, Harrison focuses on treating the body as an interconnected system rather than in isolated segments. By combining his extensive training with a patient-first philosophy, he aims to provide long-term solutions, guiding individuals to truly understand and appreciate their bodies. His mission is simple: to help you see that your body is perfect, never makes mistakes, and can heal when given the right support.

Harrison will discuss Posture’s Role in Nervous System Regulation and Brain Chemistry, Hormones and Social Connectedness.
