Jazz Association (Singapore), together with ACT 3 Theatrics, presents its first ever Jazzed-up Kampong Musical, titled, "Will the Egg Hatch?".
This ground-breaking musical, aimed at young kids of all ages, revolves around the struggle that ensues between the antagonistic Snake tries to prevent the Egg from hatching, and the brave Mrs Hen, who attempts to foil Snake's plan with the help of her friends in the farm. Specially composed jazz music elevates the musical drama, and will keep you at the edge of your seats!
"Will the Egg Hatch?" is narrated by Amy J Cheng of ACT 3 Theatrics, and features the musical compositions of Weixiang Tan, Senior Associate Music Director of JASS, drawing inspiration from Singaporean Chinese Culture.
