WHAT?

Destress with this therapeutic art form and learn various techniques in painting realistic botanicals postcards and monograms with Watercolour. In botanicals painting, techniques include creating values, shadows, reflection and textures.

What will you learn from the course?

Basic skills of drawing line, shape and perspective, texture, composition are also taught, including:

• Practising using mixing different colours
• Basic handling of art tools/ materials
• Various watercolour techniques

*Minimum 13 participants to start class.

Materials included:

Watercolour paper, brushes, Watercolour set, mixing palette

*Participants are encouraged to bring two containers for water, cloth, masking tape for border, pencil, eraser, for their own usage. The newspaper helps prevent accidental dirtying of the tables and the cloths will allow you to clean the brushes given to you.
