Derek Tan, Media Entrepreneur/Co-founder | Viddsee

Derek is a media entrepreneur who loves empowering creators to grow communities, build empathy and drive action with stories.

He co-founded Viddsee, a filmmaker-creator platform for short films, documentaries, and short drama series with over 3 billion views. He started with multiple roles in product development, creator community, business development and fundraising. He later took on the Chief Commercial Officer role to lead his company to a 7-figure business and profitability.

He has since stepped down from Viddsee to focus on self-development and family. He is currently building his next venture to transform the next billion lives with knowledge creators.

Judson Teo, Group Head of Marketing | BLOCK71

Mr. Judson Teo is an industry agnostic marketer with over 15 years of experience across media, tourism, consumer staples and consumer technology. As the Head of Marketing for the Ships Service division at Wilhelmsen, Cara drives regional and global marketing strategy to deliver impactful B2B marketing through content and digital marketing that addresses customer pain points, industry challenges, and regulatory compliance.

Alexander Ziehe, Managing Director Southeast Asia and Oceania | Viessmann

Mr. Alexander Ziehe has been living in Asia since 2016 and is now representing Viessmann, a leading German technology provider for climate and energy solutions in Asia Pacific. He is managing the regional sales operations in Southeast Asia and Australia with focus on Vietnam. Previously he worked for Viessmann in Beijing, Shanghai and Singapore.

During his career in Asia, Alexander actively participated in the AHK China, Singapore and Australia. He is a founding board member of the Young Leaders Circle in Beijing and joined the AHK Energy Cluster in Australia.
