The Finger Players x Sovanna Phum Shadow Puppetry Masterclass

𝗔𝗕𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗖𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗦𝗘 
The Finger Players is looking for performers and puppeteers to join us for the upcoming The Finger Players x Sovanna Phum Shadow Puppetry Masterclass!

The masterclass will be led by TFP Artistic Director and award-winning theatre practitioner Oliver Chong in collaboration with Cambodian puppet theatre company Sovanna Phum Art Association. During the masterclass you will learn the fundamental techniques of Traditional and Contemporary Shadow Puppetry through exploring and making.

𝗪𝗛𝗢 𝗜𝗦 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗖𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗦𝗘 𝗙𝗢𝗥
You should attend this Masterclass if you wish:
- To be introduced to Traditional and Contemporary Shadow Puppetry from a Southeast Asian perspective
- To learn fundamental techniques of shadow puppetry such as manipulating light sources and exploring various types of objects
- To deepen your understanding of how puppetry can relate to your craft as a performer
