**RCB Experimental Art Lab, together with The Cave Studio, proudly presents “The Blue Hole”, an original play written by Natvara Hongsuwan and Daran Metabuddhaguna from The Cave Studio of Acting and Theater. **
In 1982, at a quiet, specialized women's health hospital outside San Francisco, Victoria, or Vicky, a dedicated professional cave diver who dreams of creating a perfect family, consulted with Doctor Elizabeth, a renowned obstetrician-gynecologist, about her infertility issues. However, the story becomes more complicated when Vicky's past appears to be linked to the scandalous kidnapping case of the decade, "Annie, the lost 10-year-old girl." Doctor Elizabeth not only chose to keep this secret but continued the treatment while involving Catherine, or Kate, a single mother and poet obsessed with creating her 'Magnum Opus', into Vicky's life. Instead of the treatment proceeding smoothly, the forbidden relationship between Kate and Ted, who is both a literature professor and Vicky's husband, further complicates matters.
Yet, this is just the beginning when they discover that they... never actually left the hospital. Everything is part of a mysterious experimental project called 'The Blue Hole.'
As time distorts, truth becomes deception, and Annie, the girl who once disappeared, reappears at the age of 29 with vague memories. What is Doctor Elizabeth's true plan? And can they escape from 'The Blue Hole' or sink to the bottom of this inescapable black hole?
