Event Background

The International Conference on Technology and Design (ICTD) is a joint effort between SUTD and ZJU. The objective of ICTD is to congregate world renowned higher education institutions and leading industry organizations to discuss the current situation, challenges and advancements relating to the rapid emergence and fusion of technology and design.

The annual ICTD is co-hosted by SUTD and ZJU, which has been held alternately between Singapore and Hangzhou, China since 2019. In the past few years, ICTD has become a platform for global academics, business leaders and industry practitioners to communicate and exchange ideas and thoughts about Technology and Design on various themes over the years.
