About the Programme
SCS Digital Experience @ The Library is BACK! Join us for a series of 4 short digital seminars, held quarterly across popular libraries in Singapore. These inspirational talks aim to enhance digital awareness and acceptance within our communities, and are open to all, from youths to seniors.
Artificial Intelligence (AI), particularly GenAI, has become ubiquitous in our daily lives, often utilised without explicit awareness. Despite its prevalence, there is a significant lack of understanding regarding the ethical and governance issues associated with AI's development and deployment. It is therefore essential to consider the potential repercussions of unethical AI practices. What could be the potential impact of unethical use of AI on you and your business? What steps could you take to protect yourself? What recourse is available to you when you feel that an AI platform has wrongfully used your content?

He is also Chairman of Cloud & Data Standards at ITSC (IT Standards Committee) and on the Exco of SCS AI & Robotics Chapter & SCS Cloud Chapter.
