Otaku; people with consuming interests, particularly in anime, manga, and video games.
Originally founded in 2017 by geeky musicians for anime/game lovers, the band is putting its own spin on familiar tunes from anime and games alike. After 3 years of silence, the band is back for “Season 2” with a new crew!
The concept remains unchanged: putting some Jazz and/or Funk essence into the original anime/game tunes, which is what makes our band’s sound so unique…a reflection of the band members’ diverse musical backgrounds in reimagining our favourite soundtracks!
We will be revealing new repertoires in addition to the beloved classic tunes such as music from “Evangelion”, “Dragonball”, and “Sailer Moon”. There's something for everyone, whether you're an old-school fan or a recent convert!
Come join us for an evening of Otaku cameraderie! One night only!
