Participants will become proficient in using pens to create various line variations, textures, shading, light and shadow effects. By delving into subjects including nature and still life participants will develop a keen eye for detail, composition, and perspective. Through this course participants will build up technical abilities, skills and imaginative expressions using pens. The drawings shown here are for illustration purpose.

Art Materials are provided.
Participants to bring: A pencil & eraser, Containers for water, Cloth for cleaning brushes.
COURSE FEE:
$290 |$58 for seniors eligible for National Silver Academy (NSA) subsidy*
*NSA subsidy is for Singaporeans and Permanent Residents aged 50 and above.
In addition to NSA subsidy, course fee may be offset by SkillsFuture Credit (SFC).
Payment Procedure:
1) Upon registration, course participants are to make payment for the course through Brahm Centre’s Eventbrite page. This is considered as a deposit to reserve a place in the course.

3) Brahm Centre will reimburse the amount that is successfully claimed upon receipt of the funds from SFC. This procedure can take up to 12 weeks from the course end date.

Trainer Profile
Jeffrey Ang is a full-time artist, art educator, and adjunct lecturer at Singapore University of Design and Technology (SUTD). He is a qualified MOE-registered art instructor and founder of Artefakts, where he teaches watercolour and urban perspective sketching.
