Moderator

Lindy Heng

Lindy has more than 15 years of global experience in strategy and business development across Government and Tech. She is currently the Founder of Jump Mentors, which aims to empower young to mid-career professionals to find careers they love and to pursue non-linear career moves. Prior to this, Lindy led the Greater China team at Meta focusing on customer success and improving advertiser compliance with trust and safety policies. 

 

Panelists

Ye Chenghao

Chenghao is currently the Head of Maintenance Engineering Centre at SMRT Trains Ltd. Schooled as an Aerospace Engineer, Chenghao's career ventured from engineering work as a Defence Science & Technology Agency, industry promotion in the Singapore Economic Development Board, to being the Singapore Country Manager in Boeing supporting defence aftermarket services before transiting into the railway industry. As an avid learner, explorer and a people oriented individual who finds fulfilment in working with others to achieve common goals, Chenghao has navigated numerous career pivots successfully and kept "work" meaningful and enriching for himself throughout the years.

 

Kachi Nguyen

Kachi is a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with extensive experience in hiring for the best talents across various functions and industries. Kachi also finds great fulfilment in connecting people with their dream jobs by helping them navigate career development and preparing them to be their best in the job search and career journey. Kachi currently leads international and leadership hiring at Lenskart / Owndays eyewear group and previously recruited for Meta for APAC business & tech functions.

 

Priyanka Nath

Priyanka is a fractional CMO and advisor for growth stage startups in APAC. She has over 15+ years of marketing leadership experience in Tech, including stints at Google, Expedia Group and Dell Technologies, backed by an MBA from INSEAD. She focuses on integrated growth, inbound and performance marketing that delivers commercial impact. She cares deeply about DEI initiatives in the workplace and encourages women to find their voice and craft their narrative. She’s very passionate about fitness; her weekly routine includes strength training, trail hikes, yoga and pilates.
