​Middle Island Challenge (MIC) is an open water swim race at Deep Water Bay that suits swimmers of all abilities. Deep Water Bay offers golden sand and clear water located at the southern side of the Hong Kong Island.  Middle Island Challenge (MIC)  includes 3 distances: 1 loop around Middle Island with 3.8km, 1.5km, and 400m. We emphasize a friendly racing atmosphere welcoming all swimmers from beginners to the elites in a scenic setting at Deep Water Bay.  Swimmers have the opportunity to swim around the famous Middle Island!

熨波洲渡海泳賽為公開水域泳賽, 始於於2015年, 稍後距離延長至3.8公里及更增加較短途賽事。

熨波洲渡海泳賽 2025 設有 環繞熨波洲一圈之3.8千米，1.5千米 及 400米 賽事，比賽起步/終點位於深水灣。 我們着重愉快的競賽氣氛， 鼓勵新加入之泳手以致資深泳手參加。
