We are excited to launch weekly group drop-in mental fitness sessions to provide you the support of a community to stay mentally fit as a gateway into sleeping well and living well.

Who is this Somnus Mental Fitness Club for?

These series of weekly drop-in mental fitness sessions are specially tailored for anyone who is interested to learn evidence-based techniques to sleep better and live happier.

If you are looking to improve your sleep quality and make it a sustainable lifestyle practice, this club is for you! You will get to meet like-minded individuals who are passionate about health and well-being.

What is involved?

We will explore different themes for each weekly session with opportunities for questions and answers. These include sleep habits, routines, body clock, sleep quality vs duration etc. More details will be revealed on the launch event!

Mr. Eric Lim is the Co-Founder of Somnus Sleep Wellness. He is a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Teacher, the second in Singapore to be certified by the Mindfulness Center at Brown University School of Public Health. He was awarded the Social and Health Manpower Development Programme Fellowship by the Ministry of Health in 2017 to pursue his certification in mindfulness. In 2017, Eric was awarded the Young Model Caregiver (Merit) Award by AWWA.

From 2014-2023, he spearheaded Brahm Centre’s curriculum development and research on mindfulness, and was also the Head of Systems. He has worked with over 10,000 individuals across all ages and delivered mindfulness courses, workshops and talks to professionals from education, government, financial and social service sectors on stress reduction and sleep wellness.
