Canon PhotoMarathon 2024

Brace yourselves for the most lit photography event of the year. Whether you’ve amassed terabytes of images or are just beginning your journey in content creation, everyone starts on equal footing as the competition themes will only be revealed on the day of the event.

This year, we're all about "Every Lens, Every Age", and everyone is welcome. As long as you've got a passion for photography and a camera, this is #yourCanonEventSG.

Open Category:

Open to all participants above the age of 12.

Student Category:

Open to participants studying in an MOE-certified school as of 28 September 2024. All winners in the Student Category will need to provide proof of student status. Students may choose to register for the Open Category if they wish.

Please note that participants should register for only one category. Entries to multiple categories will be void and are non-refundable.

There are prizes worth up to $47,000 to be won! Three top prizes will be awarded for each Theme in both the Open and Student categories.

Since its start in Singapore in 2003, Canon PhotoMarathon has evolved into a marquee event for photo enthusiasts across Asia. The competition was held across Asia including Hong Kong, the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, India, Brunei, China, and Singapore.

Last held physically in Singapore in 2019, Canon PhotoMarathon 2024 marks a fresh return while retaining the principle of allowing creators and photography enthusiasts from all walks of life to compete on a level playing field.
