Take a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life and focus on your well-being. Our retreat offers a variety of activities to nourish your body, mind, and spirit. From Hatha Yoga and meditation to homecooked vegan food, you'll leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Spiritual exploration is a vital part of this retreat, we will also be guiding you to connect with yourself through mantra & musical meditation.

Hearing from our Bhakti Yogi monk with over 50 years of practice would help in expanding your mind and gaining new perspectives! You will also get personalized time with the monk to ask any questions you have in life. We will be discussing on Bhagavad Gita Values.

Gita's idea of equal vision speaks of the equality of all living beings, where life is respected regardless of race, gender, caste, creed, or species. Equal vision begins with seeing ourselves as what we are, and seeing other living entities as who they truly are!

Our experienced instructors will guide you through each activity, ensuring that you get the most out of your experience. You'll also have the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and build lasting friendships.

Some things to note:

  • Request for refund will be reviewed on a case by case basis. However, no request for refunded will be allowed after 27 August 2024 as logistics are already catered for you.
