Ms Eleanor Great

Head of Engagement and Events, CXID

Her career is marked by a passion for people and culture, leading cross-functional initiatives and managing stakeholders to deliver tangible results.

In her current role at Standard Chartered, she is responsible for Engagement, Events, Communications, People & Culture, Learning and Development and Innovation.

With over 20 years of distinguished leadership in the creative industry, he excels in Customer Experience (CX), User Experience (UX), and User Interface (UI) design, research, and strategy. His career is marked by a relentless pursuit of excellence and a passion for transforming complex challenges into user-centric solutions.

He is an expert in human-centred design, adept at cultivating both remote and co-located teams, and is a fervent advocate for data-driven design practices that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Mr Sean Chong

Design Operations Director, CXID

is">span>is a distinguished professional with over 19 years of experience in the financial industry with several notable achievements in areas such as Fund Accounting, Transformation & Innovation Project, Business Control Management, Product Management and Client Experience.

His ability to readily develop transformative solutions like a Security Services chatbot and expand API suites, showcases his leadership to drive operational excellence and foster a forward-thinking client-focused team.

Currently, Sean serves as the Design Operations Director, a new function he established to develop and lead strategic solutions that are scalable to ensure operational excellence for the entire team.

Mr Bradley Bertrand

Digital Content Director, CXID

After a long career in media working across print, editorial, broadcast, social and apps, he made his move into the world of finance.
