Ticket Purchase: All tickets for A Great Thanksgiving must be purchased through authorized channels, and only valid tickets will be admitted for entry.

• Admission Age: 4 and above with a valid ticket. Depiction of violence included, parental guidance is advised.

• Refund Policy: Tickets are non-refundable, except in the event of a canceled performance. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

• Seating Allocation: Seating is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Patrons are encouraged to arrive early to secure their preferred seats.

• Late Arrival: Latecomers may be required to wait until a suitable break in the performance to be seated, as determined by the management.

• Lost or Stolen Tickets: The management is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Duplicate tickets may be issued at the discretion of the management upon presentation of valid identification.

• Changes to Schedule: The management reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, cast, or any other aspect of the performance without prior notice.

• Media: Great Glory Church may feature your image, voice, artistic work, literary work, and/or testimony on our official website(s), social media pages, and other collaterals.

• Health and Safety: Patrons are expected to follow all health and safety guidelines that may be in place at the venue, including mask-wearing and social distancing measures.

• Management’s Decision: The management reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any person whose conduct is deemed inappropriate or disruptive to the enjoyment of the performance by others.
