**Denis Bango, Viktor Ori and Vanessa Weisz will perform on 14 November at Palác Akropolis.**

Denis Bango may have a wild punk soul, but when he sits down at the piano, fingerstyle experts lose their arguments. Denis made a strong impression at the Palác Akropolis earlier this year with a short piano interlude during the Fvck_Kvlt concert, leaving a deep mark on all present and subsequently on the music scene. He actually just wanted to see how the song *Planéta rýb* would sound on the piano. After that, he played a piano concert for *Pohoda den_FM* in the inverted pyramid of Slovak Radio, which was later broadcast live on Rádio FM. He received several offers for piano concerts, but accepted none. Eventually, he decided to organize four unique solo piano performances, which will take place in Prague, Bratislava, Košice, and Brno. Each will be special and unrepeatable. Denis will once again sit at the piano in Palác Akropolis after almost a year, this time alone, without the band, and will play and sing (not only) Fvck_Kvlt songs.

Viktor Ori will present his debut album *Lepšie nebolo nikdy dobre nebude*, which continues the 10-year story of Shallov. Unlike the purely live guitar work up to now, the arrangements feature many other instruments—synthesizers, piano, strings—and besides Dušan Ori and Antonín Kropáček from Shallov, the album hosts many other artists. The album is very diverse, but it is unified by the bitterness and monumentality typical of Shallov’s work, this time performed in the Slovak language. The first single *Vsetci sme v tom spolu* was released in September, with a second single coming in October, and the full album expected on 1 November under the Weltschmerzen label. It will be presented only twice this year, at launch events in Bratislava and Prague.

Vanessa Weisz is a singer, songwriter, actress, and artist who recently appeared on the Slovak scene. She released her debut mixtape *Wisdom Tooth* in February 2021, more or less as a “quarantine experiment”, but within a few months, this project was nominated for the 2021 *RadioHead_Awards*. Her work can be characterized as electronic alternative with pop/soft-rock, house, or blues elements, but she likes to mix different sounds and doesn’t focus on genre, approaching each track as an individual piece. She sees music as therapeutic and isn’t afraid to address sensitive topics and experiences related to love, disappointment, death, mental health, or satire on morality and society. Vanessa is currently working on her debut album *We Don’t Talk About Dead People*, which is dedicated to her father, and she hopes this project will help de-taboo the subject of death in society, encouraging people to talk openly about their deceased loved ones if it helps them cope with loss
