**Okay Kaya will perform at Café V lese on 19 October at 19:30.**

Okay Kaya brings hazy lyrics and a mysterious mood to each of her songs. She performed in Prague in a joint concert with King Krul, and now she returns for her first solo show, bringing with her her forthcoming fourth album *Oh My God – that's so me*.

The Norwegian-American alt-pop musician will perform at Café V lese on 19 October 2024. Tickets will go on sale from 1 July.

She has already caught the attention of the music media with her debut *Both* (2018). At the time, she had collaborated with King Krule and later recorded with Porches and L'Rain. With the remix of *Believe* and the successful second album *Watch This Liquid Pour Itself* (2020), Okay Kaya became a sensation in the alternative scene. Her songwriting tradition is to be non-judgmental, to look at even repulsive things with a new lens and to follow her instincts. Okay Kaya can explore the full range of human emotions like no one else and describe situations that others overlook.

On *Oh My God – that's so me*, Okay Kaya once again finds beauty in the everyday rhythm. To find peace, she moved to a cold Norwegian island in search of new inspiration. Through her introvertedness, she found new impulses in the familiar feelings of deja-vu and in observing the surrounding nature.
