“Flutter State Management, the STRV way” by Lukas Hermann (Senior Flutter Developer at STRV)

Discover how STRV leverages Riverpod for state management in Flutter, but with a twist. This session will explore our distinctive approach, moving beyond conventional usage to address specific challenges in our app development process. Gain insights into the techniques and strategies that have enabled us to build scalable and maintainable Flutter applications. Whether you're familiar with Riverpod or exploring state management options, this talk will provide a fresh perspective on its implementation.

“Flutter for long-running projects” by Kirill Bubochkin (Staff Mobile Engineer at Mews)

Unlike STRV, Mews is a product company—we build systems for our own use. We started developing our first Flutter app over five years ago (the first commit was on May 20, 2019), and it's still running and actively maintained. Another Flutter app, which has been in production for several years, has also reached maturity. Additionally, we have a brand new app that was just launched this year. This development approach strongly influences our architectural strategies and developer experience (DX). Let's discuss our approach to architecture and DX and explore whether it significantly differs from that of service-based companies.
