Course introduction, LEVEL 1 – practical & theoretical part, training, tools and bar introduction

Course progress, LEVEL 1 – practical part, cocktail making, training.
Two 15minutes brak and one 30 minutes break
2nd DAY
10.00 – 10.30
Start the second day of bartender course, coffee and repating previous day
10.00 - 10.30
practical & theoretical part, coktail techniques training, cocktail making
10.45 - 18.00
Multitasking, speed round, cocktail making, training and theoretical part
19.00 – 20.00
Final exams and Certification
Two 15minutes brak and one 30 minutes break

- PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE
"What you don't know, you won't sell" - expansion of knowledge about products, product knowledge, understanding of history,
production, distribution and variation of things, tools and brands that a bartender takes into his hand every day.
- UPSELLING
"What to do" - Support and increase in sales, of course the goal of everyone who works in Gastronomy.
Examples, situations and especially motivations to do the routine differently - to have fun
- SKILLS
"Skills pays bills" - Efficiency, speed, cleanliness. Improving your skills, and especially TEAM work, will make you a better bartender.
