Music Events is proud to present the work of Rick Beato, a Grammy-nominated producer and multi-instrumentalist. Beato is widely recognized for his work in the music industry, including as a producer for platinum-selling artists such as Shinedown, The Black Crowes, and NEEDTOBREATHE. He has also worked with Emmy-nominated composers, film scorers, and producers, including Don Was, David Campbell, and Adam Lasus.

Rick Beato’s career began in the late 1980s. After studying jazz and classical music at the University of Miami, he moved to Atlanta, Georgia to pursue a career in the music industry. He quickly gained recognition as a writer and producer and went on to work on projects for artists such as Lenny Kravitz, Matchbox 20, Collective Soul, and Sister Hazel.

In addition to his work in the studio, Beato has also made a name for himself by teaching and lecturing. He has lectured at universities such as The University of Georgia and The University of Miami. He has also released several instructional books on various aspects of music production such as “The Producer’s Manual” and “The Beatle’s White Album: 50th Anniversary Edition.”

Beato continues to produce and write music for a variety of artists, and he hosts his own podcast, “The Music Production Podcast,” where he shares his knowledge and experience with aspiring producers and musicians. He also produces his own web-series, “The Beato Blog,” where he covers topics from music production to music business.
