Kneecap are a fast-rising hip-hop/rap urban music band from London, UK. Having been tipped by industry insiders as one of the most exciting acts of 2021, Kneecap are ready to take the music scene by storm.
The four-piece band, consisting of MCs Megz K and IV, producer and DJ Reeps One and producer and vocalist S-X, have been making waves with their unique take on rap and hip-hop. With their hard-hitting lyrics and infectious beats, Kneecap have created a sound that is both fresh and familiar.
Since their formation in 2019, Kneecap have released two EPs, 'What We Do' and 'Clout', as well as their debut album, 'City of Gods'. The album has been well-received, with lead single 'Cant Stop' receiving airplay on BBC Radio 1 and BBC 1Xtra.
Kneecap have already performed at some of the UK's biggest music events, including Glastonbury, Wireless Festival and Reading & Leeds. They have also supported some of the biggest names in hip-hop and rap, including Stormzy, Dave and AJ Tracey.
As well as performing live, Kneecap have also been involved in a number of creative projects. They recently collaborated with Adidas on their 'Run Like Kneecap' campaign, which was designed to encourage people to get active and embrace their inner Kneecap.
