Featuring a talk and a panel with international VC investors, the event will give an overview of do’s and don'ts when seeking capital from funds abroad.

The panel will dive deep into current market dynamics and their fundraising implications, as well as generally explore the best practices of storytelling towards VC funds.

The session will be interactive with room for Q&A and mingling towards the end.

If you are an entrepreneur looking for insights on how to attract strong international investors, and get a nuanced view into how such investors evaluate prospective investments, please save the date.

Amanda works at London-based VC firm Atomico. She sits in the early stage team and is primarily focused on Series A investments in the Nordics and Baltics. With previous experience from a broad span of industries and roles - ranging from retail and HR to financial services and consulting - she covers the region as a generalist and meets founders across all tech-related areas.

Martin is an investor in the Eight Roads Ventures Europe team. Originally from Sweden, Martin leads Eight Roads Ventures efforts in the Nordics and is focused on sourcing new investments, lead new investments and working with existing portfolio companies to help them scale. Among others, he’s been part in leading Eight Roads Nordic investments in Tibber and Funnel. Martin joined Eight Roads in 2016 from Lazard where he worked in the M&A TMT team.

Felicia is one of Peak’s Stockholm based Partners, covering the Nordics and investing in all SaaS, marketplace and platform related. She comes from the finance world, turned venture builder and ended up in VC. Growing up she competed for the Swedish national team of rhythmic gymnastics, a sport she is still enthusiastic about, also contributing to her interest in health and social impact.

Magnus is a technology-focused venture capitalist, with a background in investment banking and computer science. As the Founding Partner of nFront, Magnus brings operational support and capital to companies across various stages of development. nFront’s focus is on game-changing, capital efficient, software propositions based in Europe or the U.S. Prior to nFront, Magnus was an Investment Manager at VC fund Nauta Capital in London, and an early team member at M&A boutique Portico Capital's European arm. He started his career as an M&A-focused investment banker in New York. Magnus has an educational background in computer science and finance from UPenn and NTNU, specialized in machine learning and financial engineering.
