If you are a penultimate or final year Black Heritage undergraduate or masters student studying in the UK, join us to hear about the lived experiences of students and staff studying and working in STEM. Learn about applying for a PhD, how PhD funding works and what doing a PhD actually means. You’ll also hear about the wide range of careers available to PhD graduates. Our panellists will also discuss the challenges that students with different backgrounds face in applying for and carrying out a PhD.
