The Equal Justice Works Career Fair is the largest national public interest legal career fair, bringing together more than 250 public interest employers and over 2,500 dedicated law students and graduates under one virtual roof.

REGISTRATION
Law student and recent graduate registration will open on August 1 at 12:00 p.m. ET. The registration fee for this year's event is $25.00 (this is a non-refundable fee).
All event activities will take place in and be accessible via our Flo Recruit career fair database. You will not be able to view and/or apply for available positions until you have paid and registered for the event. You can, however, view a list of participating employers on ">span> (this is not a final list; employers are still registering for this year's event).
You will receive a separate email containing your Flo Recruit login details within 1-2 business days of registering (excluding holidays and weekends). Once you have received your login details, you will be able to view and apply for available positions.
Please note: Only those students and recent graduates from an are">span>are eligible to participate in this event.
All deadlines referenced are in Eastern Time (ET).
Prescheduled Interviews
Students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply for jobs and interviews with several organizations during the prescheduled interview application period (August 1, 2024 - September 12, 2024). This year, all interviews will be 20 minutes long with a 10-minute break between each interview. Interviews will be conducted virtually via the legal hiring platform, Flo Recruit.

Table Talk-Only Opportunities
Even if you do not get the interview(s) you were hoping for, there will still be multiple opportunities throughout the career fair to speak with employers outside of formal interview times. Attendees will have from Friday, October 4 at 2:00 p.m. ET to Monday, October 7 at 6:00 p.m. ET to sign up for employer "table talk" times.
P lease note: Prescheduled interviews will not take place during these times.

Please note: You will be required to register for the event before receiving access to the Flo Recruit career fair platform where you will be able to view and apply for available positions.
Prescheduled Interview Application Deadline
Students must apply for prescheduled interviews (i.e., available positions) by Thursday, September 12 at 5:00 p.m. ET (this is a hard deadline). Employers will then have until Thursday, September 26 to submit their interview selections.
Please note: Employers will have until Thursday, August 22 to post their available positions; positions will be posted to Flo Recruit on a rolling basis. All interviews will take place during the October career fair.
Prescheduled Interview Sign Up Deadline
Attendees will be notified of the status of their applications on Friday, September 27 and will then have until Monday, September 30 at 5:00 p.m. ET to either accept or decline their interview offers.
Please note: If you are selected as an alternate candidate and moved to "invited" status, you will have from Monday, September 30 at 6:00 p.m. ET to Tuesday, October 1 at 5:00 p.m. ET to either accept or decline your interview offer. Any available times slots will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
Career Fair Registration Deadline
Event registration for the career fair will close on Thursday, October 3 at 5:00 p.m. ET for those students interested in participating in informal "table talk" discussions with employers.

Table Talk Sign Up Deadline
