You are invited to participate in this public event, which will feature a panel discussion and a technology showcase hosted by Columbia Engineering and Clean Air Toolbox for Cities. A part of ,">span>, join this important conversation on data science and technology for clean air and sustainable energy in cities.

Air pollution is a global public health crisis, causing more than 8 million premature deaths annually. The environmental damage of air pollution must be reversed hand in hand with addressing the climate challenge. Sensing, data science, and sustainable energy technology all help remove barriers towards progress towards cleaner air and sustainable climate. We will highlight creative and innovative work at the interface of environmental science, engineering, public health, data science, economics, policy, and community engagement.
