Join me for a deeply nourishing series of Yin Yoga , where we’ll explore the beauty of stillness and gentle self-care , leaving you feeling more balanced, open, and deeply relaxed. As an experienced Ashtanga teacher, I began incorporating Yin Yoga into my practice two years ago and was captivated by its transformative benefits, I know I want to share them. Its slower, meditative approach brings a profound sense of calm and complements the intensity of more dynamic styles.


This class will guide you through long-held, passive postures targeting the connective tissues, joints, and fascia, helping to release tension, increase mobility, and enhance circulation. We’ll also focus on cultivating mindful awareness and deep breathing, inviting you to let go of stress and reconnect with your inner stillness. Whether you’re seeking to improve flexibility, support recovery, or simply find a peaceful space to unwind, this practice is designed to meet you where you are.
