40th Anniversary!
Families and individuals of those with intellectual and developmental disabilities: This is a great one-stop opportunity to learn about the services and programs of roughly 65 different agencies offering a variety of supports throughout Queens! There will also be opportunities for families to meet and share experiences.
Agencies, organizations and vendors who provide goods and services for those with intellectual disabilities: This is a great opportunity to promote your services to people who need them!
Representatives from not-for-profit, private, OPWDD and government vendors and service providers may purchase a table in order to promote and answer questions about their specific goods and services with self-advocates, caregivers, and service providers for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Each provider will be given a table and two chairs. Most tables will be positioned alphabetically by provider name and listed on our provider guide. Agency representatives, you may bring your own tablecloths, banners, posters, brochures and paraphernalia.
Set up begins at 8:30 a.m. The Resource Fair runs from 9:30 - 2.
Agencies and vendors, please stay the entire time so everyone may benefit from the information you have to share. Materials may not be dropped off prior to this event; please bring your materials on the day of.
Breakfast/refreshments will be served.
Spanish and Mandarin translators provided.

Fees for Agency Tables:
$200 - Non-profit agencies
$300 - For profit vendors
Government entities are free, but still need to reserve a table!

Checks must be received by October 31st in order to guarantee a table! No tables can be obtained on the day of the fair and no payments will be accepted on-site!
