NYC Bus Trip

CAB will be providing bussing to and from NYC on Saturday, December 7th. This is an ALL DAY event and, including transporation, the whole event will run from 6:30am-11pm. Nothing aside from transportation is provided with a ticket purchase. Tickets are $25 plus fees. You MUST have a ticket to ride on the YCP provided coach buses. No automatic refunds on purchased tickets, they must be requested at least 7 days before the event. A detailed agenda with travel information can be seen in two locations below.

DEPARTURE FROM YCP: Bus will depart from the Wolf Hall shuttle Stop at 6:30 am. Please arrive no later than 6:15 am to check-in. Guests who do not check in by 6:30am may have their reservation canceled. Canceled reservations will not be refunded.

DEPARTURE FROM NYC: There will only be ONE departure from NYC to YCP. This will leave at 6:30pm from the drop off location in Bryant Park, NYC. We ask that you arrive for check-in and boarding for the buses NO LATER than 6:15 pm to ensure you are accounted for. While every effort will be made to board all passengers, guests arriving late for departure may need to provide their own return accommodations.

ADDITIONAL TICKETS: Each YCP student may purchase up to 2 tickets total. This can be a YCP or non-YCP individual. Any non-YCP guests MUST be 18 years of age or older. You will be required to fill out a form for any non-YCP guests confirming that you agree that you are responsible for their behavior.

Any additional tickets purchased or tickets purchased without a YCP ID will be refunded by the Campus Activities Board minus online ticketing fees.

Accessibility Accommodations: If you or your guest require mobility accommodations, please indicate that need on the questionare post ticket purchase. If you do not communicate in advance, there will be no guarantees of an open ADA-accessible seat and it will be provided on a case-by-case basis.
