- The MBE Input Committee invites all certified NYNJMSDC MBEs and board members to our Annual Meeting. This year’s theme is FOCUS. We will focus on business growth, ways to collaborate, and pathways to achieve success in 2025. Dr. William Towns from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management will deliver our keynote workshop: The Prince-iples of Leading in a Changing Environment
- Inspired by the legendary Prince Rogers Nelson, this workshop explores how Prince’s boldness, innovation, and ability to adapt to the ever-changing music industry offer valuable lessons in leadership that every CEO, company owner, and entrepreneur can benefit from. In today’s rapidly shifting society, business leaders must embody creativity, resilience, and focus to guide their organizations through change.
