Location: Private rooftop garden residence, with indoor and outdoor community dining tables. Located close to Bedford-Nostrand Ave. stop on the G train. Exact address will be sent after purchase.

Highlights of the Event:

Functional Mushroom Tea: Sip on a variety of health-boosting teas brewed from exotic and functional mushrooms. Each sip is a journey into wellness, offering unique flavors and benefits.

Myco High Tea: Indulge in an array of vegetarian myco-focused delicate bites. (Gluten-free can be accommodated with prior notice.)
Installation Art: Immerse yourself in a whimsical atmosphere of giant flowers and mushroom decor and delicate sounds.

Whimsical Dress: Embrace the spirit of the Mad Hatter and come dressed in your most creative attire. Think hats, vibrant colors, and fantastical costumes!

Mushroom High-Tea Menu:

Starter - In the Garden: Charcuterie of farmers market vegetables on sticks, featuring sauces from Madame Susan: Chile Crisp, Umami Sauce with yogurt, Green Sauce.
3 Short Stories:

• Mini Tea Sandwich Book: King trumpet mushroom, shishito spread, and zucchini cover.
• Truffle Mushroom Purses: Cream cheese dough stuffed with mushroom duxelle, umami sauce, and truffle oil.
• Shiitake Miso Chocolate Chip Cookies: Served with chocolate mushroom oat milk.

Ending - Fruit and Flower Garden: Zucchini chocolate cake pops with buttercream flowers.

All items are vegetarian (contains dairy). Some items are vegan, and gluten-free options can be accommodated. Please see the image of the menu for more details.

Event Schedule:

12:00 - 1:00 PM: Functional Tea Cocktail Hour (Non-alcoholic). Sip on a variety of custom blend teas while mingling with other guests.
1:00 - 3:00 PM: Sit down to an elegant high tea meal.
