This edition features a special, all-local lineup showcasing some of our favorite New York talent. Make way for the one and only Juliana Huxtable. One of the landmark artists to emerge from NY in the last fifteen years, Huxtable has rightfully become an underground icon for her fearlessly unbounded creative worldbuilding. Huxtable more than earns the “multidisciplinary” title, both on the wide breadth of her output and the rigor she applies to all her work. As a DJ, there is no one else quite like her. Huxtable brings a vivid, immersive, at times confrontational and always cathartic intensity to every set she plays. Elle Dee goes b2b with KYRUH. Both artists are more than willing to push techno to the edge, setting their sights on slamming, unmitigated power. Both artists are also outstanding voices in a crowded field, articulating the essence of techno with focused, discerning vision. This will be special. DAIYAH returns to the room. The Rumble N The Ramble founder is one NY’s coldest selectors, tackling techno, hardcore and modern club with equal fervor. DAIYAH’s appearances are always outstanding, defined by the blistering heat and unbridled momentum that is her signature.

JADALAREIGN represents at STUDIO once more. A true house sorceress, LAREIGN’s sets call forth spirits from the deep. Her approach to foundational house sounds breathes fresh life into tradition, and taps a rare vein of strobing, psychedelic. JADALAREIGN makes the classics feel vital, and makes more modern tracks feel classic. Makadsi returns to set it off. The Lebanon-born, NY-based FUNCTION organizer is a major fixture of NY’s queer underground. With equal footing in the world of subterranean house and iconic pop, Makadsi holds nothing back. Ian Crane and Ryker meet up for a b2b. The heads behind State of Bliss and Salon, respectively, Crane and Ryker take complimentary paths through the rave landscape. Crane’s full-on embrace of the bright, uplifting and joyous finds a counterpoint in Ryker’s darker, slightly harder approach. But, like the yin-yang symbol, each contains a trace of the other’s sensibility within their own. Crane’s euphoria is not without shadow, and Ryker’s tighter, more sneering sound still, in the end, takes you to a state of bliss.
