Amnesty International USA's Northeast Regional Activism Conference 2024

Amnesty International USA is excited to be hosting our Northeast Regional Activism Conference 2024 in New York City on October 26th, 2024.

AIUSA’s Northeast Regional Activism Conference 2024 (RxAC'24) will provide a space for people to come together to increase knowledge, build skills, and exchange ideas for progressing a human rights agenda! We will host our conference in-person only except for governance sessions, which will be online as well.

This year’s Northeast Regional Activism Conference will offer sessions covering an array of human rights issues, such as Reproductive rights, Refugee and Migrant Rights, Ending Gun Violence and more. Please check back later for a complete agenda of sessions offered.

Governance Schedule

Governance sessions will be conducted both online and in-person. If you would like to submit a resolution for the Northeast Regional Activism Conference, please email [email protected]. The deadline to submit resolutions is October 12, 2024, two weeks before the start of RAC’24. More information on how voting will be conducted at the RAC will be sent closer to the conference date. Please contact [email protected] for any questions about your membership and [email protected] for any questions on governance.

In-Person Only

Please note that Northeast RAC'24 will not be a hybrid event. All workshops will be held in-person only, with the exception of Governance sessions.

Thursday, October 17th – Deadline for advance registration.

To participate in the Working Parties and Voting Plenary at RAC'24, our Member Services team is required to verify each individual’s membership status prior to the conference. If you register after these deadlines and would still like to participate, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible.

There are two tickets for RAC'24. Both tickets will grant you access to the full conference.
