Join us at V Wine Salon for a fantastic lunch event with our talented and passionate friend, Chef Marco Dazzan. Marco and V Wine Salon Founder Vianney Establet have curated a beautiful three-course menu, starting with a delightful Amuse Bouche to kick off the experience.

Each dish will be paired with carefully selected wines by Vianney, designed to elevate every bite. The local pairing ($45) showcases wines from friends and amazing winemakers we've met along the way, while the benchmark pairing ($79) feature wines from some of the most prestigious regions in the world.
