The Jack Earle Big Band jazz up the Hawthorn Arts Centre for Christmas
The Jack Earl Big Band bring Christmas jazz classics and their big presence to Melbourne’s inner-east. The full 18-piece ensemble led by Jack Earl plus sensational vocalists Matt Heatherington and Shannen Wick (The Voice 2024) take a nostalgic saunter through the most wonderful time of the year.
Jazz aficionados will love the sound of seasonal hallmarks in the main hall, so will those with a thing for Swing looking for a classy way to get the gang together.
The unmatchable brass sound will redress uplifting Christmas classics including Donny Hathaway’s ‘This Christmas’ and a very funky take on ‘Santa Claus is Comin to Town’.
Allocated seating at cabaret tables. The Arts Bar opens at 7pm. Companion Cards are welcomed at this event.
