Sierra Reed Wine Dinner - 4th of July
Sierra Reed, an incredible and brilliant winemaker, and her beautiful wine and celebrating 4th July.
This is a unique opportunity to experience Sierra's approach to winemaking and learn about her journey in the Australian Wine Industry. From California to Torquay, this journeywoman creates art pieces for wine, and we are fortunate to have her close by in Victoria.
The wine matches have been carefully selected to showcase the lead up to new vintages from Australia and New Zealand. Each of the five brackets of wine will be paired with storytelling and adventures, complementing the matched courses.
The menu is priced at $145 per person, and customers have the option to purchase scarce current vintage on the evening. The event will be hosted by the winemaker Sierra Reed on one long table, so tickets are limited. Expect American BBQ, apple pie and some interactive dining.
