RMIT School of Art IDEA: LGBTIQA+ Inclusion Workshop

In the lead up to IDAHOBIT (Friday 17 May) the School of Art's IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access) Collective will be hosting a workshop on LGBTIQA+ inclusion in the arts. The workshop will engage LGBTIQA+ students, staff, and allies in a discussion of the ways in which queer content has become increasingly visible within the arts industry and the complex relationship between visibility and inclusion. Students will be invited to share their experiences as artists, photographers, makers, and arts managers and how they have navigated this space. This workshop will be facilitated by Assoc Prof Drew Pettifer and Dr Amy Spiers.

All staff and students are welcome to attend.
