Are you ready to take the next step in your healing journey? In this traditional Usui level one training you will be attuned to the universal healing powers of Reiki in order to work on yourself for your highest and greatest good over a two day in-person class.

Taught like no other I will include some special techniques to ensure you receive this energetic 'upgrade' for your highest and greatest good; teach you to cleanse and ground your energy (this is vital for Empaths and Highly Sensitive People to learn!); centre your focus; clear blocked energy to invite in more light; enhance your intuition and understand the subtle changes you will go through via a 21 self transformation process leaving you feeling focused refreshed and ready to endure a little 'life reset'.

Reiki Level One (Shoden) is about connecting with the universal energy of Reiki in order to purify yourself. It teaches you to connect deeper with your intuition; develop self-awareness to understand where you are 'hurting'; what needs healing mentally physically emotionally and spiritually; and to deep dive into the process of personal and spiritual growth at whichever stage of life you are. This is a vital step to becoming a healer as we must first heal ourselves before attending to the needs of others. While some teachers will happily teach you Level One and Level Two over a weekend or even via distance I believe that with great energy and power you need first to learn how to cultivate it for yourself within yourself. That's why I won't attune anyone into level two before they have completed their 21 days of self-practice and self-study. What you learn over this period is vital experience - its the subtleties of energy; it's the feeling of being able to 'self heal'; it's being able to understand what might be troubling you at a mental emotional and physical level; it's the magic and science of 'energy'; it is connecting with the power of the universe and testing the strength of your commitment faith confidence and personal empowerment. Important Information: Each Reiki Level One weekend workshop is based in my private home to ensure I can offer you the security support and safely held space you need to enjoy this journey. My clients love the retreat style home setting I offer which gives them a change to go inward for the weekend while connecting with a maximum of 4 others on the same path. This gives you the opportunity to feel seen ask questions when you like practise and self-heal in your own space and really settle in to the healing process!

Investment : $555. Deposit is a non-refundable $255 (unless cancelled for unforeseen circumstances) to ensure your commitment. The balance must be paid the week prior to the course where you will receive more information on 'what to expect' and some 'pre-reading' material.

Commitment: Reiki Level One can prompt deep changes within you in order for you to bloom into a lighter greater version of yourself. It's important to commit to the 21 days of self-healing and meditation work after your initiation and attunement to this universal energy; even if you can only manage 20 minutes a day.
