Take the next step in your Balboa journey. This workshop will be aimed at dancers who are beyond the current local Balboa class offerings, and who would love to delve deeper into the dance. The focus will be technique, styling, aesthetics and some fun patterns, wrapped up in some historical nuggets. A workshop for dancers with a solid grasp of the fundamentals of Pure Bal and Bal-Swing, who are dancing Bal at an intermediate level or beyond.

Leigh & Dave are two of the most accomplished Balboa teachers and dancers in the country. Leigh has won many a Balboa competition, was an key player in the growth of Balboa in Brisbane, and has a wealth of knowledge to share. Dave started his swing dance journey way back in 2001, anchored Swing Patrol's original weekly Balboa class venue and, as such, is the forefather of Bal in Melbourne. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to learn from two legends of Australian Balboa scene.
