The RICS Member Engagement Group are delighted to host a panel discussion: Build to Rent – what’s the buzz about?

The event will provide the opportunity to connect and network with RICS members, new, old, and aspiring. We are keen for you to join us for a fun and informal evening.

With the boom of Build to Rent overseas and the Victorian governments latest commitments to build to rent, is Melbourne becoming a hot spot for Build to Rent?

The panel discussion aims to will provide attendees a perspective from industry professionals around delivering Build to Rent Schemes from initial feasibility through to operating the community facilities. This panel discussion format is intended to be highly interactive and encourages participants and attendees to ask questions prior and during the event to the panellists.

Following the panel discussion, there will be a networking event where members and non-members can interact, sharing insights and knowledge.

Open to all members and non-members.

Spaces are limited, so bookings are essential.

Yes, you can update the information on your order by clicking your order on the Tickets page. First, access the account menu, then select "Tickets." Second, select your order. Third, select “Edit” to update your information. Once you’re done, select “Save” to save changes.
