If you want to up the ante of your backyard barbecues - this cooking class is for you! Learn how to achieve tender bbq meat and how to match wine to food. Lead by professional chefs this class will arm you with the tips and tricks to recreate these dishes at home for family and friends.
For the avid home entertainer or just someone who struggles with barbecuing; this cooking class will give anyone the confidence to take control of their backyard barbie!
Lead by professional chefs with a passion for barbecuing; you'll learn a whole 3-course bbq meal and with the hands on nature of the cooking class you will leave with the confidence to recreate the dishes at home for family and friends.
You'll also get the opportunity to do a two part wine tasting here's you'll learn basics of wine matching.
A great skill to have when entertaining; you'll learn what wines are best to serve at a barbecue.
The best thing about this cooking class however is that you get to eat everything you cook! Sit down with your fellow students and instructors and tuck into a gourmet BBQ meal.

Entree: BBQ The Spice Tailor Tandoori Chicken Tikka with Kachumber wrapped in Paratha
Mains: BBQ Bass Strait Beef Sirloin with Field Mushrooms and Porcini Butter BBQ Greek Style Lamb with Fat Roasted Potato and Kale Salad
*Classes operate with 16 people in each cooking class plus 2 experienced chefs. If the minimum number of participants is not reached you will be contacted via email the Thursday prior to your experience to offer an alternate date for the class.
*Dress Code: Please wear covered footwear on the day of the cooking class. During the cooler months it is also recommended to bring a jumper as the class is held in an outdoor location.
