By the end of this workshop attendees will create a practical, high-impact strategy to embed effective work-breaks into their day, in order to reap their proven conscious and unconscious cognitive, emotional and physical benefits.
At the conclusion of this session, attendees will be able to:
· Know ‘why, when and how’ to take the right type of work break in order to maximise their ‘break ROI’.
· Begin an experiment to identify the 4 key elements (unique to them) which that must be uncovered, in order to create their effective work-break strategy (aka a ‘Mindful Smoko’).
· Understand the potential role that work-breaks can play in mitigating the risk of occupational burnout for high-performing knowledge workers (such as PMs).
